Login

1. Open your browser.
2. Tyoe the address app.etrustable.com into the address bar.
3. You’ll be greeted with a login form. Fill the form with your email account and provided password.
4. A brief Facial Recognition verification will initiate. Keep the following in mind to avoid any issues with this step:
   • Make sure your webcam is turned on and unobstructed.
   • Make sure the room is well lit and that the light source is not backlighting you too strongly.
   • Face your camera and remove any accessories you might be wearing.
5. Once that’s over with you’ll receive a Google authentication code on your phone’s Google Authentication app. Enter the six-digit code to access our web portal.

Go to Download Center

1. Log into the eTrustable web portal with a user account.
2. Immediately after logging in you’ll be directed to the download center.
3. Click on the “Download our desktop app for Mac mac_os_desktop_app” blue text. - If using Windows, the text will read “Download our desktop app for Windows win_os_desktop_app.exe” - If using Linux, you need to choose the one appropriate to your instance and version (32-bits or 64-bits). If using Ubuntu or Debian download the corresponding .deb file. If running Fedora, click the .rpm file.
4. Your download will now begin.
