1. Complete the same steps that you would to log in to the eTrustable web portal,
2. The desktop app will request your private key file as an extra step to start.
3. Click on the field to search for it from the prompt window. You can also drag and drop it from your file explorer.
4. Let it upload and you’re all set; now you access the desktop app and create authenticated documents for your entity.
